What personal data is collected

QA Dispatch collects the information you choose to provide when you submit a form, book a call, send an email, or use a payment link. This may include your name, email address, company or product name, product URL, message content, booking details, payment status, and information needed to understand the QA request.

Contact form submissions

Contact form submissions are used to reply to your message and understand what kind of QA support you may need. Form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms because the website is hosted on Netlify.

Booking via Cal.com

When you book a call, Cal.com processes the booking details you provide, such as your name, email address, selected time, and any message you add. Cal.com may use cookies or similar technologies to provide the booking experience.

Email communication

If you email QA Dispatch directly, your email address and message are used to respond to your enquiry, manage the relationship, and keep a practical record of the conversation.

Payment links via Stripe

Paid services use Stripe payment links. Stripe processes payment details, billing information, and transaction records. QA Dispatch does not receive or store full card numbers.

Website hosting via Netlify

The website is hosted by Netlify. Netlify may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device data, request logs, and form submission data when you use this website.

Analytics and cookies

This website does not currently use a separate analytics tool. Third-party services used on the site, including Cal.com, Stripe, Google Fonts, and Netlify, may process technical data or use cookies according to their own policies.

Legal basis under GDPR

  • Consent, when you submit a form or choose to contact QA Dispatch.
  • Contract or pre-contract steps, when you request a service, book a call, or make a payment.
  • Legitimate interests, such as responding to enquiries, preventing abuse, and improving the website.
  • Legal obligations, such as accounting, VAT, and invoice retention requirements.

How long data is kept

Enquiry and booking data is kept only as long as needed to respond and manage the relationship. Invoice and transaction records are kept for the period required by Croatian tax and accounting law.

Who data may be shared with

Data may be processed by service providers needed to operate the website and services, including Netlify, Cal.com, Stripe, email providers, and accounting tools. Data is not sold.

International data transfers

Some service providers may process data outside Croatia or the European Economic Area. Where this happens, those providers are responsible for using appropriate transfer mechanisms for their services.

Your GDPR rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection where those rights apply. You can also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

How to make a request

To request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, email ivan@qadispatch.com. Requests will be reviewed and answered as required by applicable law.
